Description
There was some discussion in Mobile about a desire by math instructors to have an intermediate role between student and instructor that could be used for teaching assistants or graders. Using this to launch some discussion to see what permissions such a role might have.
For comparison, WebAssign doesn't seem to have roles as much as it has permission categories: Section, Roster, Assignments, Grades, and Communication. Within each category, there are View, Modify, and Grant permissions. We sometimes add tutors to our courses and just give them the View permission in the Assignments category and nothing else.
