Feature Request : enable anonymous display of short answer responses

I would like some sort of toggle option to hide student names when viewing responses to a short-answer problem in the grader. (Or perhaps a non-grading interface to view responses anonymously, but my guess is that hiding names in the grader is easier.)

Rationale:

1. I would like to use short answer questions -- and responses -- as discussion prompts in class. Right now I think a lot of students assume (often correctly) that nobody is going to see what they answer. They might be more motivated to give a thoughtful answer if they knew we'd be using those answers.
2. With large classes, one might need to hire an undergraduate TA to provide feedback on short answer. When the TA might have peers in the class, it is better if they don't see the names.

Start by locating the grader interface for short-answer responses and reading how student names are displayed. Decide how the requested anonymity toggle should apply while viewing or grading responses. Done means instructors can view short-answer responses without student names while preserving the existing response workflow.
