Description

hello,
nice work.
when i use it to design protein binder, I find it had generate sequence not GGGG...... Is it necessary to continue executing ProteinMPNN for sequence generation as well as structure prediction using RF3?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the repository's entry points and usage guidance for ProteinMPNN and RF3, since the issue does not name a file or test. Determine whether the binder workflow requires both models for sequence generation and structure prediction, then document the supported sequence-generation workflow and expected output.
