Description
Some computations cannot run smoothly on some GPUs, like: #214 .
How can I run RFd3, RF3, and MPNN with pure CPU computation?
Slower though, this should be useful for user with older GPU or no GPU.

Research direction
The issue names RFd3, RF3, and MPNN and points to issue #214; start by reading that issue and the existing execution entry points or guidance for these models. Determine the current CPU behavior and define what successful pure-CPU runs for all three models should look like.
