Description

In the README, Section 3, Step 2, the instructions to get the PDB metadata say to use

but when I try to use it I get an error message saying "No such command 'metadata'"

Research direction

Read README Section 3, Step 2 and inspect the atomworks setup command entry point to determine whether metadata is still supported or whether the documented command is outdated. Verify the corrected setup instructions against the available CLI; done means the README no longer directs users to a command that produces “No such command 'metadata'”.
