Description
Hello,
I need some help in RF diffusion- colab- online notebook version.
I have tried several times to design peptides for a protein. The problem is even with exposed hotspots, the peptide can’t reach them and appeared very distant. For instance instead of binding at the upper part of the targeted chain it will stay close to the opposite sites . Later. I tried to pick those opposite sites in different runs it is as well stayed distant. Any tips😊?

Research direction
The report concerns the RFdiffusion online Colab workflow and RMSD or peptide placement, but names no files or tests. Start by reproducing the exposed-hotspot peptide design in the Colab notebook and inspect the generated peptide's distance from the selected sites; done would require identifying the cause or documenting reliable guidance.
