Description
I was wondering if we could generate the peptide's backbone and specifically put 2 Cys residues on 2 ends to cyclize it with a disulfide bond. Based on what I read, I assume we can only cyclize the peptide using the backbone right?
Thank you

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. First clarify whether RFdiffusion should support peptide backbones with terminal cysteines and disulfide cyclization, and establish the expected workflow and validation criteria. Done would require an agreed implementation scope and a demonstrated supported design process.
