Description

Hello.
I'm a Japanese student and trying to run RFpeptides on the Google Colab by Mr. Sergey Ovchinnikov.
However, because of my poor knowledge about python program, I don't understand which columns and how I should change to add inference.cyclic and inference.cyc_chains flags for designing macrocyclic peptides.
I am very afraid of asking this kind of basic question but I'm waiting for some solutions.
Sorry for my bad English.

Research direction

Start with the RFpeptides Google Colab workflow and locate where inference.cyclic and inference.cyc_chains are configured. Determine which inputs or cells should contain these flags, then verify that a macrocyclic peptide design run completes successfully.
