How to combine two option Fold Conditioning and Active site

Hello,
I would like to combine two option Fold Conditioning and Active site. However, from my understanding, Fold Conditioning requires checkpoint Complex_Fold_base_ckpt.pt and Active site require checkpoint ActiveSite_ckpt.pt and we can only load one checkpoint. Does it have a way to load 2 checkpoints at the same time ? Or do we have an alternative way to perform RFDiffusion with bot Fold Conditioning and Active site ?
