Description
I would like to ask how hotspot is determined in Rfdiffusion's binder design? Another question is how to find multiple sets of different hotspots for one antigen. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you for the work you and your team have done.hope your response.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing hotspot handling in RFdiffusion's binder-design documentation or implementation. Done would require a maintainer-confirmed explanation of hotspot determination and how to identify multiple hotspot sets for one antigen.
