Description
Understand that in the paper, protein design was done for nickel using square symmetry. I am currently trying to model the interactions between a protein and another metal (cannot be disclosed for now), but am unsure how I would approach it. Please assist, thanks in advance

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by clarifying the target metal and the desired modeling or design workflow, then compare that requirement with the nickel square-symmetry approach described in the paper. Done would require a defined, reproducible change or documented guidance.
