Description
Hi, Thanks for your exceptional work.
The problem i am working on requires me to use the Complex_beta_ckpt.pt model to generate binders i was just wondering if it would be possible to set either some priority on the secondary structure for the binders, or i want the generated structure to have more multiple helices and loops than beta sheets, basically impede the use of excessive loops in the generations.
Thank you so much!

Research direction
Start by locating the Complex_beta_ckpt.pt model and the binder-generation entry point in RFdiffusion. Determine whether the requested secondary-structure priorities or reduced beta-sheet and loop content are supported by existing inputs; done would require a clearly specified, tested generation behavior.
