Description

Hi,

Is it possible to partially diffuse a homo-oligomer? For example, I have a protein with 5 chains, and I want to partially diffuse all 5 chains at the same time.

Thank you

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; first establish whether RFdiffusion supports partial diffusion of all five chains in a homo-oligomer. Done means a documented, reproducible answer or a clearly scoped implementation plan, since the request currently asks about feasibility rather than identifying a code change.
