Description
When I design enzyme using RFdiffusion, I'm confused about some paras,
potentials.guide_scale and potentials.guiding_potentials paras how do I set it acoording to corresponding enzyme ?
Especially to potentials.substrate paras. What does LLK means in demo sh file?
Thanks.

Research direction
Read the RFdiffusion documentation and the referenced demo shell script first, focusing on potentials.guide_scale, potentials.guiding_potentials, potentials.substrate, and LLK. Done means documenting what each parameter controls and how enzyme-specific substrate settings should be chosen.
