Description

Dear RFdiffusion Team,

First, I want to express my appreciation for your work!

I am reaching out with a specific question regarding the customization of the binder design process. Specifically, I am interested in knowing if it is possible to use the binder design feature while providing certain parts of the potential predicted binders and keeping these parts fixed throughout the procedure.
My goal is to incorporate predefined structural elements into the binders and ensure that these elements remain unchanged during the design process.
Could you please let me know if this is feasible within the current framework of RFdiffusion? If so, I would appreciate any guidance or documentation that could help me implement this feature.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Thanos

Research direction

Start with the RFdiffusion binder design feature and its current documentation to determine whether predefined structural elements can remain fixed during generation. Done means confirming feasibility and documenting the supported workflow or clearly identifying that the capability is not currently available.
