Description

Firstly I used de novo binder design --> only 1-helix binder protein will be designed.
Then, I am using scaffold-based binder design by using the given 1000 scaffolds --> only 3-helix binder protein are designed. (inference.num_designs=10000).

Is it normal?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by comparing the de novo and scaffold-based configurations, including the 1,000 scaffolds and inference.num_designs=10000, then inspect the generated binder structures. Done means establishing whether the three-helix-only result is expected or identifying a reproducible problem.
