Description

Hello! Awesome code base and docs!
I’m trying to inpaint a small domain into a loop that of a TM protein that faces the cytosol. However, I keep getting helices to the TM portion in many of my designs. Is there anyway to use conditioning or another trick to guide the design of inpainting? Or would it mostly be choosing designs that are appropriate and then running partial diffusion?
