Unable to access the software, 401 unauthorized

Does anyone have advice for how to resolve this issue? Am I missing something basic. I am using the academic license provided from the University of Washington that was emailed.

Start with the PyRosetta Colab setup output and the referenced PyRosetta license and download process. Check the RC license login and the wheel-download step that returns 401 Unauthorized; done means the licensed wheel downloads successfully without the authentication error.
