Description

For example, I want to use python to customize a dynamic custom scoring function on top of the scoring function that comes with pyrosetta, and I've looked at the tutorials and can't seem to find a clear way to solve this problem. A clear answer would be greatly appreciated.

Research direction

Review the existing tutorials and notebooks to identify how PyRosetta's built-in scoring function is exposed in Python. Document a clear approach for layering a dynamic custom scoring function on top of it, with a runnable notebook example showing the expected result.
