Description
Dear PyRosetta authors,
I am a beginner in PyRosetta. I am very interested in learning how to use PyRosetta to model DNA. I have seen a section 7.8 in an old pyrosetta manual devoted to DNA and RNA models but not much details. Also I cannot tell how to adapt existing ipython notebook for RNA to DNA.
Please can you let me know how to modify code for RNA model to DNA? Thanks a lot.

Research direction
Start by reviewing section 7.8 of the linked PyRosetta manual and the existing RNA IPython notebook. Determine what guidance is missing for adapting that notebook to DNA, then document the required changes and confirm that the resulting tutorial is understandable and usable for DNA modeling.
