Research direction

Start by reproducing the installation and detection failure with the listed examples: PC Manager, Microsoft Azure CLI, Winget-AutoUpdate, Google Chrome (EXE), and Windows App. Investigate how Winget Intune Packager 1.2.2 handles post-install detection and the 0x87D1041C result; done means the packaged applications install successfully and are detected by Intune.
