Critical Error - Carry Below While Initiative Tracker is Up

Description
I am able to reproduce this. Whenever initiative tracker is up on the ui and I attempt to use Carry Below on a token it crashes the api. Works fine if initiative tracker is not displayed or if its done before it is displayed.
