Server Setup Information:
- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.61.0
- Operating System: Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
- Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): self build bundle
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- DB Replicaset Oplog: yes
- Node Version: 8.9.4
Steps to Reproduce:

Administration/Direct ReplyDirect - try to change
Email Check Frequency
Expected behavior:
possibility to change Email Check Frequency value.
Actual behavior:
can't change config field Email Check Frequency, can't select another value, field is grey.
