Sometimes the emojis are rendered as question marks, other times they render properly.
Server Setup Information:
- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.59.1
- Operating System: Ubuntu
- Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): docker
- Number of Running Instances: 2
- DB Replicaset Oplog: true
- Node Version: v4.8.4

Steps to Reproduce:
- Upload custom emojis
- Use custom emojis
- View custom emoji in chat from another computer/window/account
- See "?" intermittently
Expected behavior:
For the emoji to always render properly
Actual behavior:
Only shown sometimes, even to author.
Relevant logs:
None found. Tried to find them by using docker logs but no relevant logs found.
