Running Instances: 4
DB Replicaset OpLog: Enabled
Node Version: 4.5
We had a user mention that after coming back from the weekend, they were receiving backlogged desktop notifications for about an hour.
They were using Chrome v47.0.2526.106 m on Windows 7.
Where does an issue like this come from? Is it RC or Chrome?
