It is very hard to remove a person from specific permission group. By default you have to "load more" if you do not find user, more you load application becomes slower and slower, not just for person who does it but for all other users.

Research direction
Start in the Administration page's User permissions group and reproduce the difficulty of finding and removing a user when the list requires repeated "load more" actions. Done should allow a user to search for and remove a person from a specific permission group without loading the entire list or causing the reported slowdown.
