Moderator can remove owner from channel

im found some un need option today for User Level..
Owner can remove and mute and ban admin from channels
moderator is same thing...what that guys ...
moderator remove moderator from channels..
owner remove owner and set owner...
moderator remove owner..God Help me...
all this levels sorted by wrong way guys..im never seen any thing like that

Levels must be more staple
admin cant removed from any less levels
admin cant muted by any levels..how to be admin and some user from less level can mute you....
admin cant banned from any levels..im banned today from owner user 👎

moderator cant removed from another moderator user but removed from admin level.....this happened today with me.. mod1 removed by mod2 / mod1 muted by mod2 / mode1 banned from mod2// this is very bad ....

My Idea is like that...
Admin Is top level..ban mute remove kick..add levels..etc
Moderator ..ban.mute..kick..evry less levels like ( owner user -Member user ) and disable Moderator set moderator ,ban.mute..kick Moderator / owner level is something
i hope to finde solution for this..
