Description
Hello Rocket.Chat Team,
After the recent server update, the language options for “Chinese (Taiwan)” and “Chinese (Hong Kong SAR)” are incorrectly labeled as “简体中文”.
We observed that this issue does not occur in version 8.1. Is there a fix for this?
Our user base primarily uses Traditional Chinese, so this is a critical issue for us.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the language selector behavior on Rocket.Chat Server 8.1.7, 8.5, and 8.7, comparing the results with version 8.1. Trace the localization resources or locale mapping used for Chinese (Taiwan) and Chinese (Hong Kong SAR). Done means both options display the correct Traditional Chinese label.
