Research direction

Start by reproducing the emoji display problem in the preview and chat after upgrading from 8.6.1 to 8.7.0-rc.2, using the reported Rocket.Chat desktop setup. Compare the affected emojis with the expected rendering and inspect the client-side emoji rendering path; done means emojis display correctly in both locations without regressions.
