Description

Hallo,
we use a lot of direct chats in our institution.
Those chats can be sorted by name or by the time of activity.
However, with lots of chats being started, the left pane gets crowded.
It would be helpful if users could create "folders" in the direct messages section of the left pane, allowing contacts/chats to be organized by e.g. "controlling", "IT",...
