application error, the application gui just crashed

Description:

application error, the application gui just crashed when starting the Rocketchat app on Windows 11.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot Windows 11 25H2
2. Install Rocketchat via Microsoft Store
3. login into rocketchat server
4. reboot Windows
5. error occurs

Expected behavior:

displaying the chats of the server without any errors

Actual behavior:

• Desktop App or Browser Version: 4.11.1 installed via Microsoft Store
• Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2

Additional context

everytime, the gui crashes, only fix is to do a force reload of the app (keep login)

Relevant logs:

couldnt find any logs of the rocketchat on my windows, in %LOCALAPPDATA% is just the rocketchat-updater, and in %APPDATA% --> Roaming --> Rocket.Chat I couldnt find the logs.

No source file, test, entry point, or crash log is identified in the report. Start by reproducing the crash with the Microsoft Store app on Windows 11 after reboot and investigate how to obtain relevant logs. Done means the app opens and displays the server chats without requiring a force reload.
