Description
The flashing feature of app logo in the task bar upon new notification not working if the app is minimized, its causing me delay in response to my colleagues because its barely hard to notice on a big screen when the only change is that the app shows the counter (number of unread messages) instead of flashing upon new notification, can someone please help?
