Admin panel replaced by some other menu after navigating an element (e.g., single user) in one of the admin panels' submenus (e.g., users).

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to admin panel
- Select e.g. users submenu
- Click on a user to see user details
- Go back / close user details
- Open admin panel by clicking yellow circled button in screenshot below
- See some other blank panel
Expected Behavior
Admin panel always available by clicking on admin panel button
Actual Behavior
Admin panel menu hidden/covered by some non-functional panel
