Describe the bug

Cursor can't be moved up and down right after a smile (:) for example).
While you can do it from inside a smile (between : and )).

How to Reproduce

1. Type several lines (say, 3) of text.
2. Type a smile in the end of any line.
3. Try to move the cursor up or down right after that.
4. It can't move.

Describe your Expected behavior

Cursor can be moved in any direction from any place of message.

Anything else

This occurs every time during typing the message.

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the issue in the message composer using several lines and a smile such as :), then trace the cursor handling until the affected editor code is identified; done means the cursor can move up or down immediately after the smile.
