Describe the bug
I am trying to check some old threads and search messages with Global Search enabled, when I found the message and click Jump to message it return the error Room not found, although I am already the member of the room. This issue does not happen frequently but it affected us when trying to find the old thread.
How to Reproduce
- Go to Search Messages.
- Enable Global search.
- Search the message that you want, for example I search "Please update this, thank you".
- Message is found and click the Jump to message button.
- Room not found error pop up.
Describe your Expected behavior
Anything else
- Only when certain conditions are met: Probably when searching old threads.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue from Search Messages with Global search enabled, using an old thread and the Jump to message action on the reported desktop or web versions. Trace what happens when the message is found and the destination is opened. Done means Jump to message opens the correct room and message without showing Room not found.
