Description
Desktop notifications on the client side are disabled, but if you log in with the default browser, the message window can pop up normally. Additionally, there is a chance that the client will not be disabled if it keeps reloading continuously, and testing has shown that the window can pop up normally. Client settings, operating system settings, and browser settings have all been checked and there are no issues.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the notification behavior in the Rocket.Chat desktop client, then compare it with the default-browser behavior described in the issue. Check whether continuous reloading changes the result; done means desktop notifications work reliably under the reported conditions without relying on browser notifications.
