Description:
I got an on-premise installation of Rocket.Chat and experiencing a long connection period when opening/reopening the official android app.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the android app
- Wait about 2 Minutes until it's connected to the server
Expected behavior:
Immediate connection.
Actual behavior:
Connection in android app takes very long (approx. 2 Minutes).
Server Setup Information:
- Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.6.2
- Operating System: RedHat EL 9
- Deployment Method: npm
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- NodeJS Version: v14.21.3
- MongoDB Version: 6.0.11
Client Setup Information
- Operating System: Android
- We're using the official Rocket.Chat-Client
Additional context
We recently had a pro trial version and this didn't change the behaviour.
