Description

Installed on Ubuntu latest with snap. Can't get RC to listen on 127.0.0.1

Have done "snap set rocketchat-server bindip=127.0.0.1"

And snap get shows it set to 127.0.0.1

But when I restart the service it still listens on 0.0.0.0

Research direction

Reproduce the issue on Ubuntu using the snap commands shown: set bindip to 127.0.0.1, verify it with snap get, restart the service, and check the listening address. Trace how the snap applies bindip during service restart; done means the Rocket.Chat service listens on 127.0.0.1 instead of 0.0.0.0.
