Hello, could you please clarify one point regarding the issue discussed in the following thread:
https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/17124
Regarding the absence of ringtone or sound for the popup window, it's mentioned that this issue has been resolved in Rocket Chat versions >6.0.
Could you tell me if this problem is only addressed in Rocket Chat versions with commercial plans (such as Pro and Enterprise plans)?
And is this issue resolved in the Rocket Chat community edition?
