SPAM about Push Notifications every night at 2AM

Every Night all of ours users get the following private message since beginning of december 2023:

*Workspace members are not receiving notifications on mobile*
Remove notification limit with Enterprise trial.

1. Be a user on our self hosted instance.

Expected behavior:

No automated message every night.

Additional context

Problem started right after Update to 6.5 and a switch from the starter package back to community edition. My first idea was to switch back to starter to check if the SPAM disappears but that's not possible somehow.

Start by reproducing the nightly private message on Rocket.Chat Server 6.5.2 using the reported Debian and Docker setup, then trace the automated push-notification alert and its community-edition or plan state. Done means self-hosted community workspaces no longer send the unsolicited nightly message, with a regression test covering the behavior.
