I am using Persian language which has Jalali calendar.
On LiveChat widget on a PC browser, the date is shown in Jalali format which is correct as shown in the below image:
But the agents in the room conversation see the dates in Gregorian format as shown in the below image:
Expected behavior:
Agents must see the dates in room conversations in Jalali format.
Actual behavior:
