Description
When replying to threads on Rocket.chat, the chat box and the text box disappear at random times - only a gray/black background remains (depending on whether someone has a light or dark theme).
- The problem occurs on both desktop and web apps (Screens)
- The problem occurs randomly (we did not find a relationship)
- Nothing abnormal appears on the container resources
- Sometimes reloading rocket with CTRL+R shortcut helps, and sometimes after reloading you can still see just the background.

Research direction
Start with the thread-reply chat window and text box in the web and desktop clients, reproducing the disappearance across the listed client and browser environments. Compare behavior before and after reload and use the supplied screenshots to define the failure. Done means the thread chat remains visible and usable during replies without relying on CTRL+R.
