What the hell, now i cant even open a PDF

Description
I should be able to click on a PDF within RC and have it open. Before the last update, it would let me drag it to the desktop and then open, now it drags over as pdf?somecrap . you guys are getting worse on updates. please fix this right away or tell me what setting the update screwed up.
