Research direction
Start by reviewing the Android chat composer and send-button interaction for both channels and direct messages. Trace the existing message flow before defining where scheduled messages and their time-selection interface belong. Done means a user can long-press Send, choose a time, and schedule a message in either context; the issue names no files or tests to run.
