Description
Description:
Livechat notifications (omnicanal) do not disappear. Unless you send a message from the livechat.
Steps to reproduce:
- Send a message from RocketChat to a livechat client
- The message is received, the livechat client opens the conversation
- The notification badge is still there
Expected behavior:
The notification should disappear when the chat is opened.
Actual behavior:
You can see that the notification is still there while the chat is open. Even if you reload the page it doesn't change anything.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Rocket.Chat 5.3.3 using Firefox by following the listed livechat steps, then trace the omnichannel notification handling from the client conversation-open flow. Done means the notification badge disappears when the livechat client opens the conversation and remains cleared after reloading the page.
