When visiting this website: https://elements.heroku.com/buttons/rocketchat/rocket.chat
and clicking on "Deploy to heroku," it does not work

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Visit https://elements.heroku.com/buttons/rocketchat/rocket.chat
  2. Click on "Deploy to Heroku"
  3. Error shows up
Expected behavior:

Clicking on the button should deploy it to heroku

Actual behavior:

heroku fail

"No app.json found...," refer to the screenshot
