Description:

Since a recent update, all Apple emojis representing a man get converted in the female version (called :person_[action]: with a Mars symbol next to it ♂.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to a discussion or channel (using iOS app, browser or desktop app)
  2. Select an emoji representing a male from the Apple library / native keyboard. (not Rocket.Chat)
  3. For example 🤷‍♂️🙋‍♂️🤦‍♂️
  4. Send your message. The message gets converted to → 🤷‍♀️♂︎🙋‍♀️♂︎🤦‍♀️♂︎
Expected behavior:

The message is "🤷‍♂️🙋‍♂️🤦‍♂️"

Actual behavior:

Message gets converted to → " 🤷‍♀️♂︎🙋‍♀️♂︎🤦‍♀️♂︎ "
