Saml login with otp not work

Description
when using saml authentication with otp, after saml returns to the rocket chat login page, some people, including me, do not get the otp input window.
at the same time, if in the browser in the developer console put 3g internet (to slow it down) the window appears (..
also if in the browser (without slowing down) after returning from the page itself, press back - the otp input window appears .. (but in the application this trick is not works( )
