Description
Rocket Chat Version: 3.78
Linux Distro: PopOS 20.10.
Steps to reproduce:
- drag a jpg image to an encrypted channel.
- The pop up will appear asking you to type a description, but the image preview will be gray or strobing as if its trying to upload, but it never completes.
- Type in a description and click send. A progress indicator will appear at the top in blue, but will be stuck at 0% indefinitely.
Expected Result:
The image preview should show and the image should be uploaded to the channel and visible in the channel.

Research direction
Reproduce the failure in the Linux desktop client by dragging a JPG into an encrypted channel and observing the preview and upload progress. Trace the attachment upload path for encrypted channels; it is done when the preview renders and the image uploads and appears in the channel.
