Research direction
Reproduce the mismatch between the sidebar user status and the open chat heading on Windows 10 with Rocket.Chat Electron 3.7.7, using the screenshots and reproduction notes as the starting point. Trace how each view receives status updates; done means both icons remain consistent after a status change without restarting the client.
